Aamna Zuberi
About Me
Hi, my name is Aamna. I have studied under the AKU-EB board and have consistently achieved 94%+ throughout my academic journey. During my own academic experience, I noticed that many students were often encouraged to rely on rote memorization while their questions and conceptual understanding were overlooked. This inspired me to teach in a way that focuses on concept clarity, understanding, and confidence rather than memorization alone. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, strengthening their understanding, and improving their academic performance through structured and engaging learning methods.
Teaching Experience
I have experience mentoring 20+ students and have professionally taught online Mathematics to Grade 8 and Grade 11 students, helping them strengthen their fundamentals and improve their academic performance through structured, concept-based learning. My lessons are designed for students from Grades 9–12. I typically conduct one-hour online sessions, with flexible timings available from Monday to Friday, depending on the student’s schedule. My teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, exam-oriented preparation, and consistent practice rather than rote learning. I use worksheets, targeted exercises, and questions from different sources to help students build strong problem-solving skills and perform confidently in exams. I also encourage students to ask questions freely so they can develop confidence and a deeper understanding of the subject.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
