Aamnah Yousuf

About Me

I'm Aamnah, a school tutor from Karachi and a Software Engineering student. I have 4 years of experience in homeschooling and online tuition, teaching all school subjects. I love making difficult topics easy to understand, and I'm friendly, patient and approachable so students feel comfortable asking questions. I use modern teaching methods and have experience of teaching on online teaching platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom.

Teaching Experience

I have tutored multiple students across grades 2–7, helping them understand topics they found challenging through interactive sessions, real-world examples, and storytelling. My core responsibilities included explaining lesson content in a way that matched each student's pace, and designing tests and practice material to reinforce learning and track progress. I believe learning sticks best when it feels relevant and engaging, so I focus on connecting concepts to real-life examples and using storytelling to make abstract ideas easier to grasp. I adapt my approach based on each student's learning style, keeping sessions interactive rather than one-directional, and use regular assessments to identify gaps and adjust my teaching accordingly.
