About Me

My name is Affan Ahmed. I am studying bsc in accounting and finance at lums (batch of 2020). From the very begginng i have been a very bright student. I had 4A* and 4Aas in O-levels and 2A* and 1 A in A-levels alhumdulillah. I was also an active participant in peer tutoring program which was organized at my college. I taught Alevel math and econ to As level students. Apart from my studies i have been an active participant in sports such as cricket, table tennis, badminton and volley ball. I have even done internship in an audit firm during my summer break 2016 which allowed me to gain alot of experience in the field of auditing. From going to different companies to perform audit with audit team till practicing excel during the idle time, this internship helped me to learn alot of new things as well as allowed me to find my passion.

Teaching Experience

Active participant in peer tutoring program. Taught As level math and econ to AS-level students. Successfully completed 30 hours of teaching in this program. I am not a professional tutor, but i have been tutoring my friends since last 3 years( group studies allowed us to teach each other different technical concepts that either of us found it difficult to understand).
