About Me
Hi, I’m Amna Hamid. As a Software Engineering student at NUST and a top-performing graduate from Beaconhouse Margalla Campus, where I earned top grades in both my O and A Levels. I offer a highly strategic approach to academic tutoring. Over the past two years, I have mentored students ranging from Grades 6–8 to advanced O and A Levels, consistently helping them secure straight A and A* results. Because I have navigated this demanding curriculum very recently, I know exactly where students falter, what concepts cause the most confusion, and how to avoid common exam pitfalls. I don't just teach the syllabus; I teach students how to think like examiners, breaking down complex STEM topics into manageable, logical concepts that yield top-tier results.
Teaching Experience
Over the past two years, I have successfully provided academic instruction to multiple students across a diverse range of levels, including Middle School (Grades 6–8) and rigorous O/A Level tracks. My targeted approach focuses on breaking down complex, high-level concepts and navigating common exam pitfalls that students frequently struggle with. By tailoring my teaching to individual learning styles and emphasizing past-paper mastery, I have consistently guided my students to achieve top-tier results, with many securing straight A and A* grades in their final examinations.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
