About Me

Hello! My name is Hamna, and I am a Software Engineering student at NUST with a passion for teaching young learners and pre-engineering students. I bring strong subject knowledge and real academic credibility to every session. I teach students from Grade 1 through Grade 7, covering mathematics, Science, English, and Computer basics, with a focus on building strong, lasting foundations. For FSc students, I specialize in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry breaking down complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand explanations to help students excel in their board exams, ECAT, and NET test preparation. I believe every child and student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each individual's pace and needs. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel confident asking questions, tackle difficult problems without fear, and genuinely enjoy the process of learning. I am patient, responsible, and fully dedicated to helping every student whether a young learner building their first skills or an FSc student preparing for a competitive entry test reach their full potential.

Teaching Experience

I have hands-on experience in academic instruction and curriculum support across multiple contexts. As part of my internship at Sunbeams School System (Summer 2026), I contributed to digital curriculum development for Grades 6–9, designing structured learning content with a focus on AI literacy, computational thinking, and Python coding fundamentals, bridging the gap between traditional instruction and 21st-century skills. Beyond formal settings, I have supported peers in technical subjects including programming, software engineering, networking, and mathematics, drawing on my background as a Software Engineering student at NUST's Military College of Signals. My communication style adapts to the learner, whether breaking down abstract concepts for beginners or guiding advanced students through complex problem-solving. My leadership roles including Vice President of my college Debate Society have further sharpened my ability to explain ideas clearly, facilitate structured discussion, and build confidence in others, skills that translate directly into effective teaching and mentoring.
