About Me

As a nutritionist, I am deeply passionate about helping people understand the power of food and how it can positively impact their overall well-being. I believe that everyone deserves access to accurate and evidence-based information about nutrition, and I strive to make complex concepts accessible and engaging. My current pursuit of a Master's degree further fuels my desire to expand my knowledge and contribute to the field of nutrition. I am excited about the opportunity to tutor and share my knowledge with others. I find immense satisfaction in witnessing the "aha" moments when someone grasps a new concept or discovers a new approach to their health journey.
