I'm Ifrah — a Finance Executive and MBA student with 2 years of hands-on experience in real-world accounting and financial operations. I don't just teach theory — I bring the classroom to life with practical, real-world examples drawn from my professional experience. I've worked extensively in full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable management, bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and ERP-based operations using Odoo. I've also completed virtual simulations with all four Big-4 firms — PwC, EY, KPMG, and Deloitte — covering audit, tax, risk, and data analytics. Teaching Experience

My tutoring experience has been informal but genuinely impactful. Throughout my degree, I regularly helped classmates and friends navigate finance and accounting concepts — particularly during exam season when the pressure was highest. I became the go-to person in my circle for breaking down tricky topics like financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, and cost accounting. What I found was that most students didn't lack intelligence — they lacked someone who could explain the same concept three different ways until it clicked. That's exactly what I did. What makes my peer tutoring different from casual help is that I was simultaneously applying these concepts professionally. While explaining bank reconciliations to a classmate, I was performing them daily at work. While walking a friend through receivables management, I was managing country-wide AR across multiple entities. That real-world context made my explanations sharper, more practical, and more relevant than anything purely textbook-based. Teaching my peers also sharpened my own understanding — you don't truly know a subject until you can explain it simply to someone else. I'm now formalizing that experience through structured one-on-one tutoring, and I'm fully committed to helping university students not just pass their exams but actually understand finance in a way that serves their careers.
