About Me

“I am Khadija (Hafiz e Quran), a dedicated food scientist with an MPhil degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences. I graduated from a top leading university of Pakistan, the University of the Punjab, and later completed my MPhil in Food Sciences from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. I am passionate about teaching and guiding students to explore the scientific principles of food science, nutrition, and safety. My goal as an educator is to share knowledge, encourage critical thinking, and inspire future professionals in the field of food science and nutrition by creating a friendly classroom environment.”

Teaching Experience

“I am currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer in Food Science and Nutrition at Superior College. Alongside this role, I am also teaching Biology at the same institution, contributing to both scientific and academic development of students.”
