My name is Laiba BAtool I have 5 years of experience in customer service, specifically in the ACA campaign, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, explained policy details, and resolved customer concerns while meeting daily targets. I’m comfortable working night shifts, have strong communication skills, and I’m proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications. I’m a quick learner, punctual, and I work well under pressure. Teaching Experience
Along with my customer service role, I have experience working as a tutor for about 5 years. In that role, I taught sciences subjects, explained complex topics in simple language, and adapted my teaching style based on the student’s understanding. This experience strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to handle different personalities calmly. I believe these skills directly help me in customer service, where listening and explaining clearly are key.
