I'm Muhammad Hamza, a distribution and logistics professional with hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing, and supply chain operations. Currently, I am working as a Senior Officer Distribution at Scotmann Pharmaceutical, where I handle claims management, logistics coordination, and ensure smooth delivery operations. Previously, I worked as a Distribution & Institutional Officer at Glitz Pharma, where I managed warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and supply chain optimization. Earlier in my career, I served as a Retail Services Executive at Tranzum Courier Services, gaining strong experience in store operations, staff supervision, and budget control. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) in Marketing from Northern University, and I am skilled in distribution software such as S&D Pro, Orbit, and Salesflo (ERP). Along with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, I bring excellent communication and negotiation skills. In short, I am a highly organized and detail-oriented professional aiming to contribute to efficient supply chain and distribution operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Teaching Experience

Although I have not worked as a formal tutor, my professional roles have given me valuable experience in guiding and mentoring team members. For example, during my time at Glitz Pharma as a Distribution & Institutional Officer, I was responsible for allocating and managing staff resources, motivating team members, and guiding them to perform at their best. Similarly, in my role at Tranzum Courier Services, I supervised staff, provided instructions, and ensured they understood processes clearly, which developed my ability to explain concepts in a structured and easy-to-understand way. These experiences strengthened my skills in training, problem-solving, and communication, which are also essential in tutoring.
