About Me

Hello, I am Saira, an Energy-Environment Engineer during the day and a part-time teacher at night. I love teaching Maths, English, and Science subjects to primary and secondary students, and Environmental Management to graduate students. My teaching style is a blend of coaching and facilitator, where I teach about the established facts, methods, and processes, and encourage students to critically think and explore independent answers. I craft each lecture's delivery based on the student's interest level, and learning habits, and evaluate based on class engagement, cognitive development, and improvement in overall grades. I teach to follow my passion with empathy for students with diverse background. I make sure to adapt learning style according to my student's interest and encourage a two-way communication for effective learning.
