Teaching Experience

I've worked with students both one-on-one and in groups, which has taught me how to adjust to whoever's in front of me, some need to understand the "why" before anything clicks, others just need to dive into practice and figure it out along the way. I break things down step by step and check in often to make sure it's actually landing, not just nodded along to. Honestly, the moments I'm proudest of aren't the toppers, they're the students who walked in thinking they just weren't good at a subject, and walked out actually getting it.
