About Me

I'm Syeda Masuma Hassan, a science educator from Islamabad, Pakistan. I currently teach A-Level Biology at a school with international branches, and I've been teaching online for over four years. I've worked with students from the UK, US, and Canada, covering IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, AP, and entrance exam preparation. My strongest subjects are Biology, Chemistry, and Combined Science.

Teaching Experience

I have 4+ years of teaching and tutoring experience. I currently teach A-Level Biology (Edexcel) and have taught AP Biology and AP Chemistry to international students. At IBA Tutoring, I taught Canadian curriculum students in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for grades 9-12. I've also prepared UK-based students for GCSE, IGCSE, and 11+/13+ entrance exams, focusing on reasoning, subject content, and exam technique. I design my own lesson plans, assessments, and practice materials from scratch. I've also trained other teachers in groups of 50 to 200 on lesson planning and assessment design.
