About Me
I am an O/A-Level graduate currently taking a gap year after completing my exams in Math, Business, and Physics. I achieved 2 A*s, 5 As, and 2 Bs in my O-Levels, which gives me a solid foundation to help younger students build their own academic confidence. Outside of academics, I love reading novels, practicing graphic design, and managing college-led events. I am looking to connect with students who want to learn in fun, interactive ways. Let's work together to make daily homework and study sessions completely stress-free!
Teaching Experience
Volunteer Teacher | The Citizens Foundation (TCF) (Summer 2025) Completed an intensive two-week teaching internship focusing on community development. Designed and delivered interactive lesson plans for underprivileged children. Taught foundational English grammar, creative writing, and effective communication skills. Also organized and led arts and crafts sessions to boost student engagement and creativity. Home Tutor & Academic Mentor (2024 – Present) Actively manage the daily academic routines of two younger siblings across vastly different educational stages. Provide early-childhood foundational tutoring for a kindergarten student, focusing on basic literacy and numeracy. Simultaneously provide structured academic support, exam preparation, and homework management for a student transitioning into the rigorous CAIE O-Level curriculum.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
