About Me

I'm Uroosa Afzal. I'm an online tutor based in Lahore, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science.My background is a mix of subject expertise and actual teaching training — I have an MS in Computer Science, so I'm comfortable going deep into the subject matter, but I also did a B.Ed, which gave me the tools to actually teach it well, not just know it.

Teaching Experience

I started out as an SST teacher with the Federal Directorate of Education, where I taught in a classroom setting across multiple grades, and that experience really shaped how I approach a lesson — I learned early on that every student needs something a little different, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all method. When I moved into online tutoring, that adaptability became even more important. I've taught students across different grades and ability levels at the same time, so I'm used to adjusting my pace and explanations on the fly. I run my sessions over Zoom and Google Meet.
