About Me

My name is Yusra. I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong interest in both creativity and communication. Over the years I have built a career that combines my love for design with my skills in media and teaching. I completed my diploma in Fashion Designing from Youth Education System. That course helped me understand color theory, fabric work, garment construction, and the latest design trends. Fashion designing taught me how to think creatively, pay attention to detail, and turn ideas into practical designs. It also improved my sense of aesthetics and project management, because every collection needs planning, patience, and precision. Alongside design, I also pursued higher education in media. I have completed my BS in Mass Communication from Karachi University. During my degree I studied journalism, public relations, digital media, advertising, and communication theories. This background gave me strong writing, research, and presentation skills. I learned how to communicate ideas clearly, whether it’s through writing, visuals, or speaking. Mass communication also made me more aware of how media influences society, which I find really fascinating. For the past 7 years I have been working as a teacher. I have taught both primary and secondary classes in different schools, so I am comfortable handling students of all age groups. Teaching has made me patient, confident, and good at explaining concepts in simple ways. Right now I am also giving home tuition to children, which helps me stay connected to students on a one-on-one level. I believe my mix of creativity from fashion design, communication skills from mass media, and teaching experience makes me adaptable. I enjoy learning new things and I am always looking for opportunities where I can use my skills to create value. I am hardworking, responsible, and I try to bring a positive attitude to every place I work.
