About Me

Hi, I’m Zainab Iftikhar. I’m an organized and detail-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in administration, operations, and working in fast-paced environments across the UAE and Pakistan. I have supported senior management, handled complex coordination, and worked with diverse teams and individuals from different backgrounds. I’m known for my strong communication skills, patience, and ability to stay calm and solution-focused in any situation. I enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them in a structured and supportive way. I am fluent in English and Urdu, and I am currently learning Arabic, which reflects my interest in continuous growth and learning. I would describe myself as responsible, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality in everything I do.

Teaching Experience

I have over seven years of experience working in the education sector, where supporting students and guiding them has always been an important part of my role. Even though my job titles were mainly administrative, I worked very closely with students on a daily basis and helped them throughout their academic journey. In schools and universities, I often supported students in understanding their tasks, improving their communication, and building confidence, especially those who needed extra attention or felt unsure about their abilities. I naturally took on a teaching and mentoring role by explaining things in a simple and clear way and making sure every student felt comfortable asking questions. I have also been responsible for explaining processes, assignments, and expectations in a way that was easy to understand. This helped me develop patience and the ability to adjust my explanation depending on the student’s level and learning style. At the same time, I regularly interacted with parents and teachers, supported student activities, and helped create a positive and organized learning environment. To further improve my teaching skills, I am currently in the process of completing my TEFL certification. This is helping me learn more structured teaching methods, lesson planning, and effective ways to teach English to students from different backgrounds. I believe in a simple and supportive teaching style where students feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged to speak and learn at their own pace. I also understand the challenges of learning a new language because I am currently learning Arabic myself, which helps me connect with students better. Overall, my experience has helped me become a patient, supportive, and practical teacher who focuses on making learning easy and enjoyable.
