About Me
am Hafiz Abdul Qadeer, a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP – Year 2025) with over 6 years of experience in audit, advisory, ERP implementation, and financial management. I have worked with manufacturing companies, government projects (Punjab Investment Group), investment firms, and IT startups. My core strengths include financial modeling, internal controls, risk-based audit, and business process automation. I value integrity, adaptability, and continuous learning. Beyond my professional roles, I am also a trained teacher and mentor who enjoys simplifying accounting and finance concepts for others.
Teaching Experience
My tutoring experience comes from both formal teaching and on-job training. Formal Role: I worked as a Teacher Assistant at SKANS School of Accountancy (Nov 2018 – Aug 2019) , where I taught Financial Accounting & Reporting and Principles of Taxation to accounting students. I helped them understand IFRS standards, journal entries, trial balances, and tax computations. Workshops & Trainings within Firms: As a Manager, Advisory and Audit Senior, I regularly conducted: Workshops on internal controls, risk assessment, and audit documentation for trainees. Training sessions on ERP systems (SAP Business One) and Excel/Power BI for data transformation and reporting. Lectures on financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analysis for junior team members. Client training on business process documentation, SOP compliance, and management reporting. I enjoy breaking down complex accounting topics into practical, easy-to-follow lessons – whether in a classroom or during live project work.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
