About Me

I'm Malaika Amir, a Biotechnology student at FCCU Lahore (graduating 2026) with a minor in Sociology, applying to tutor across the sciences, English, and social sciences. With a Pre-Medical background and research experience at PKLI, I'm confident teaching Biology, Chemistry, and pre-medical subjects at O Level, A Level, FSc, and MDCAT level. I also tutor English and social sciences, having scored top grades in Writing and Communication I & II, Critical Thinking and Reading, and Introduction to Linguistics, alongside my Sociology coursework. Beyond subject knowledge, I'm skilled in scientific writing and data analysis (SPSS, Excel) for university-level support. Reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on clear explanations and exam preparation, I'd be glad to contribute as a tutor on your platform.

Teaching Experience

While much of my tutoring experience has been informal, I've spent significant time teaching my younger sisters and niece across a range of subjects, helping them grasp difficult concepts, prepare for exams, and build confidence in their studies. This hands-on experience has taught me how to explain ideas clearly, adapt my approach to each learner's pace, and stay patient and encouraging throughout the process, skills I'm eager to bring to tutoring students on your platform.
