About Me
I'm Ahmad Zarrar, a passionate Data Science undergraduate at COMSATS University Islamabad with hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and full-cycle project development. With a CGPA of 3.48 and over three years of freelancing experience on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, I've built and deployed real-world solutions, including: MapTheMess – a city-specific incident mapping system using scraped data and machine learning. Moodify – an AI-based emotion-aware music player built using CNNs and OpenCV. StockPulse – a real-time stock monitoring app using TCP/UDP sockets. Hospital Management System – a C++ project utilizing advanced data structures like AVL trees and hash tables. Skilled in Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL, MongoDB, Power BI, and Java, I bring both analytical thinking and development expertise to every project. I'm driven to solve problems that matter—whether it's through research, automation, or visualization.
Teaching Experience
I’ve been tutoring offline for the past few years, helping my younger cousins, siblings, and neighbors with their academic subjects—mainly Math, Science, and Computer Studies. What started as casual help turned into a consistent routine, where I developed a knack for explaining difficult concepts in simple, relatable ways. Whether it’s preparing someone for school exams or helping them build confidence in problem-solving, I focus on understanding each student's pace and learning style. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills and deepened my own understanding of the subjects I teach. Now, I’m looking to take this passion further and guide more students who need clear, supportive, and personalized help in their studies.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
