About Me

Hi, my name is Anjiya Hussain. I'm 22 years old and I'm currently enrolled in the BS Clinical Psychology program at Ziauddin University. I'm from Karachi, Pakistan. I have volunteered and facilitated in a lot of roles over these 3 years in terms of community service and facilitating camps. Overall, I'm passionate about education and I'm excited to continue growing as a tutor and a student of psychology .

Teaching Experience

In terms of my background, I've been tutoring for the past 5 years and I have experience teaching a range of subjects, including Pakistan Studies, Islamiat, Urdu, English, and Alevel subjects such as Urdu, Psychology and Sociology. I have a Diploma in English Language from PACC, and I also hold both Olevels and Alevels certificates. One of my most rewarding experiences was working with autistic and specially abled students for 6 months on a UK-based curriculum. It was challenging, but I learned so much and it was incredibly fulfilling to see these students make progress and gain confidence.
