About Me
Hi! I'm an interdisciplinary researcher and creative with a background in English Literature and Political Science. I have experience working with young people, refugee communities, and creative storytelling—whether through writing, theatre, or film. My tutoring approach blends academic insight with empathy and imagination, helping students connect deeply with the subject matter. I especially love guiding learners through literature, writing, and the social sciences in a way that builds both skill and confidence.
Teaching Experience
While I do not have formal tutoring experience, I was raised in a household where education was a central value—my mother served as a teacher for 14 years, and her dedication to nurturing young minds greatly influenced my own approach to learning. Over the years, I have informally supported peers and younger students with their studies, particularly in English, writing, and the social sciences. These experiences have equipped me with a strong sense of responsibility, clear communication skills, and the ability to foster an encouraging and respectful learning environment. I look forward to bringing this foundation into a more structured tutoring role.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
