About Me

I am a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA – Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan). I have an extensive professional experience of 22 years. I have the honor to successfully delivered the assigned task as Short-Term Consultant (STC), a team member, of World Bank Mission for two Assignments: A)-PPP Risk Assessment of PICT Terminal of KPT and B)-PPP Risk Assessment and Evaluation of Feasibility Study of Dedicated Freight Corridor Karachi-Pipri (approximately 42kms). I have also state of the art capacity for preparing bankable winning financial proposals (solicited and unsolicited) - based on robust financial model. During my career, I have delivered SMART Financial Models for Motorways, Flyovers, SEZ, Real Estate – Housing Schemes and Mixed-Use Development, Canal Lining Project, Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop, Hospitality sector - Theme Park, Resorts, etc. under various PPP financing modalities with a total worth of more than PKR 300.0 billion approximately. Achievement: facilitated bidders in securing award of contract duly signed, timely financial close and smooth completion of project and commissioning of projects. In industrial sector I performed financial planning, financial accounting and financial reporting to CEO / Director Technical / Managing Partners/ Group Head Finance in Business decision making: Preparation of Pricing and discounting policies and its implementation; Assets Management; Costing of Poultry Feed, setting sales mix, reviewing overheads, performance appraisal to manage profitability, controlling cost, to improve operational efficiency; Supply Chain Management – including local and foreign markets; Preparation of all Financial Statements and growth Analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annually; Internal Audit and Taxation; Supervision of accounts department; Ensuring appropriate internal control system and compliance with company policy and SOPs; Correspondence with related external bodies: Banks, Exchequers, Answering queries raised by external auditors and tax consultants; Achievements: Improvement in Profitability, Healthy liquidity Ratios all the times, Staff Efficiency and Provision of update relevant information to the Management for swift and better investment decisions. For sustainable growth formulating strategies and establishing competitive edge. I believe in SMART teamwork and collective achievement.
