About Me

Hi, I’m Hiba Ibrahim. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Karachi University. I have been teaching for over four years and have worked with students across different age groups and backgrounds. To elaborate my approach to teaching, I work with great patience, focusing on building a strong bond with my students to ensure we have open communication where they feel free to ask questions and share their ideas or concerns. While completing my degree, I provided home tuitions in my community and have spent the last four years teaching students in the US remotely—supporting them from 1st grade all the way through 4th grade. Beyond my professional experience, I have always loved helping my cousins academically. Helping my classmates and juniors has always been a pleasure for me, and I truly believe teaching is a gift I’ve been blessed with because it comes so naturally to me.

Teaching Experience

Over the past four years, I have proven myself as an exceptional tutor for both, local and international students. I have provided comprehensive academic support for Math, English, and Science. Beyond the core curriculum, I have also helped my students with religious studies and social sciences. For my junior students abroad, I incorporate self-improvement strategies where I provide them with a set of printable worksheets that reinforce their course learnings. I have also been entrusted to integrate religious education, where I teach them daily duas and Islamic stories to ensure he stays connected to his faith while living abroad. My role as an international tutor also demonstrates my commitment and reliability, as I have successfully managed the significant time difference between Pakistan and the US for several years without any disruption to his learning. Additionally, I have experience working with local students who have faced significant gaps in their education. I specialize in building their foundation from the ground up, carefully preparing them from scratch so they can confidently re-enter the school system and resume their academic journeys. This work requires a high level of patience and a professional approach to bridge their learning gaps effectively without rushing them and I am humbled to have this valuable ability.
