About Me

I am Mahroz Aziz, a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in Business Administration and Management Sciences. I have over three years of teaching experience as a lecturer at a university level, where I guided students in subjects such as management, business, marketing, HRM (Human Resource Management), Economics, Strategic Management and other social sciences subjects. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on simplifying complex concepts and encouraging interactive learning. I am also well-equipped with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system, ensuring that my teaching approach is student-centered, goal-oriented, and designed to help learners develop both academic excellence and practical skills.

Teaching Experience

Regarding my teaching experience, I am currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), Islamabad. Previously, I worked as a Lecturer at IQRA University, Islamabad (2021–2023), and as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore and the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad. With over three years of teaching experience at leading universities, I have taught subjects related to business and management sciences. I have also supervised students' final year projects and guided their research work.
