About Me

I am a BS Biology graduate and an MPhil Biotechnology student, with a strong interest in online biology tutoring, concept-based teaching, and student guidance. My academic background has given me a solid understanding of biological sciences, and I am passionate about helping students build strong foundations by understanding concepts rather than memorizing facts. I have hands-on experience in online teaching through Headway Academy, where I taught students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. During my teaching journey, I focused on making lessons simple, engaging, and easy to understand for students of different learning levels. I believe every student can learn effectively when concepts are explained clearly and patiently. To enhance the online learning experience, I actively use digital tools such as OneNote and concept-based teaching tools to create interactive notes, diagrams, and explanations. These tools help students visualize topics better and stay engaged during online classes. I also encourage questions and provide continuous guidance to ensure students feel confident in their learning. My teaching style is student-centered, supportive, and structured. I adapt my lessons according to each student’s pace and learning needs, ensuring steady academic improvement. Along with subject knowledge, I focus on developing students’ confidence, curiosity, and interest in biology. As an online tutor, my goal is to make biology enjoyable, understandable, and stress-free for students while helping them achieve their academic goals through effective and concept-driven learning.

Teaching Experience

I have online teaching experience at Headway Academy and Tutorstribe Academy, teaching Grade 1–10 students using OneNote and concept-based digital tools to make learning clear and interactive.
