About Me
My name is Maryam Shahid.I had done my graduation from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. I am an enthusiastic and committed educator who believes in the power of knowledge and the importance of inspiring students to reach their full potential. I have a strong interest in teaching and enjoy helping students understand complex concepts in a simple and meaningful way. My teaching approach is interactive, student-focused, and based on mutual respect. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to learn. Teaching, to me, is not just about delivering lessons—it's about making a difference in the lives of students and encouraging them to think critically, act responsibly, and grow academically and personally.
Teaching Experience
I have over one year of teaching experience at a government school, where I taught Physics to secondary and higher secondary students (Grade 9 and above). During this time, I worked closely with students of varying academic levels, helping them grasp key physics concepts and improve their academic performance. In addition to my school experience, I also co-managed a private academy alongside a fellow educator. There, I provided both individual and group coaching sessions, which helped me further refine my teaching methods and better understand students' learning needs in diverse settings. I have strong command over core areas of Physics, particularly Quantum Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Classical Physics. My teaching approach emphasizes problem-solving, conceptual clarity, and real-world application of scientific principles.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
