About Me

My name is Maryam Naveed, and I have recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong understanding of human behavior, mental health, and the application of psychological principles to real-life situations. My education has not only equipped me with theoretical knowledge but also enhanced my skills in observation, analysis, and effective communication. During my studies, I actively participated in various academic projects, workshops, and internships, which allowed me to interact with diverse groups of people and gain valuable practical experience. I take pride in being an empathetic listener and a keen learner, always eager to explore innovative ways of applying psychology to help and understand others.
