About Me

Hello! My name is Maryam Rubab, and I'm excited to be your teacher this year. With a passion for helping students reach their full potential, I strive to make learning both engaging and meaningful. I have several years of experience in education. In my classroom, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels encouraged to participate and express their ideas. I believe in the power of curiosity and hands-on learning, and I look forward to exploring new concepts together.

Teaching Experience

During my 4 years as a teacher, one of my most memorable experiences was working with a class that had students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. I had a student who struggled significantly with reading comprehension and often felt discouraged. Recognizing the challenge, I tailored a series of interactive, hands-on reading activities to help this student—and others—build confidence. We used storytelling, group discussions, and visual aids to reinforce learning. Over time, I noticed not only an improvement in this student’s reading skills but also a newfound enthusiasm for learning. By the end of the year, the student had made remarkable progress, which was rewarding for both of us.
