About Me

My name is Samina Saeed, and I am a qualified Clinical Dietitian with a strong academic and professional background in nutrition and public health. I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Public Health, which has enhanced my understanding of health systems, disease prevention, and population-based nutritional strategies. My academic training has been complemented by hands-on experience in clinical settings, where I have worked closely with patients to provide personalized dietary counseling, manage chronic health conditions, and promote lifestyle modifications for better health outcomes. I have also successfully completed the IELTS examination, demonstrating my proficiency in English communication—an essential skill in healthcare environments, especially when dealing with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams.

Teaching Experience

I have practical experience working as an online teacher, where I delivered structured, interactive lessons in subject english and public health,nutrition biology, health sciences etc. to students at various academic levels. Utilizing digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, I created engaging virtual learning environments that encouraged participation and critical thinking. I developed and shared digital lesson plans, presentations, quizzes, and interactive assignments tailored to meet students’ learning needs. My role also involved tracking student progress through regular assessments, providing individualized feedback, and maintaining communication with students and parents to ensure consistent academic support. I adapted teaching strategies to suit online learning formats, incorporating visual aids, digital whiteboards, and learning management systems (LMS) to enhance knowledge retention and accessibility.
