I am Sara Shakil Qureshi, a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Telecom and Computer Networks) from NUST, with expertise in research and teaching. My academic journey, backed by a perfect CGPA, reflects dedication to excellence and innovation. I specialize in simplifying complex technical concepts, bridging theory with real-world applications, and mentoring students and professionals to achieve academic and career success. With strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, I am passionate about knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and contributing to impactful projects. My professional goal is to drive growth through education, research, and innovative solutions.
Teaching Experience
I have extensive teaching and mentoring experience across leading institutions including NUST and the University of Leeds, UK. As Visiting Faculty at NUST, I taught courses such as Microprocessor Systems and Applications of ICT, equipping engineering students with practical knowledge in programming, AI/ML, databases, and networking. My roles have also included Lecturer, Research Associate, and Teaching Assistant, where I guided labs, projects, and technical research in communications, DSP, and FPGA systems. Alongside university teaching, I mentor O and A Level students in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, helping them strengthen concepts, prepare for exams, and build academic confidence.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
