About Me

I, Shahid Farooq, S/O Imam Ali, originally belong to District Nankana Sahib. I completed my Matriculation and Intermediate from my hometown, securing second position in both my school and college. Afterward, I was admitted to one of the most prestigious institutions in Pakistan—Government College University, Lahore—for a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I successfully completed my degree in 2023 with a Certificate of Distinction. During my academic journey at the university, I actively participated in various societies and co-curricular activities, such as: Participated in a One-Day International Workshop on Algebra and Analysis. Served as an Event Manager in the Chawala Mathematical Society. Participated in a two-day training on ‘Leadership and Civic Education’ under the project CHIRAGH SE CHIRAGH, organized by Government College University, Lahore, in collaboration with the Shaoor Foundation. Contributed to various societies including the Blood Donor Society, Disease and Disaster Management Society, and Library Society. Worked as an Assistant Sports Coordinator in the Department of Mathematics, GC University, Lahore.

Teaching Experience

I have four years of teaching experience at various well-known academies and colleges, where I taught Calculus, Algebra, Number Theory, and related applied and pure mathematics courses.
