About Me
An ardent self starter, I am a student currently attending Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Prior to joining LUMS I was involved with Modern Building Maintenance in Lahore as a Marketing Executive. Here I played an integral part in brand, campaign and client relationship management for their ongoing and new projects such as 'Spotless Home'. During an internal audit in this organisation I also had the chance to work closely with the accounts department where my colleagues facilitated me in enriching my learning with practical applications of the field. While in LUMS, I also managed to accrue nearly 3 months of work experience in which I had the privilege of working for LUMS Model United Nations Society in Design & Merchandise department. This challenging opportunity gave me the chance to work on tasks related to vendor and customer communications, vendor sourcing, workflow prioritization project management and conflict resolution. In both my academic and professional life I have been consistently praised as responsible by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular or professional projects, I apply proven teamwork, communication and multitasking skills. At the moment, I am keen to work for high-profile companies that can provide me great exposure in the field of management/strategy consulting/ financial services/social policy.
Teaching Experience
I have been offering private tutoring services to students from Cambridge background since the past couple of summers. The ones whom I have taught were in their Cambridge O Level, studying Mathematics, ICT, Accounting and Economics. However pupils in their middle school years are also welcome if they require assistance !
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
