About Me
Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Syed Ammad Hussain, and I am a Computer Science student at FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES) — one of Pakistan's most prestigious CS universities. Being part of this institution has given me a strong academic foundation and shaped me into a passionate and dedicated programmer. During my time at FAST-NUCES, I have successfully completed all core programming courses, building solid knowledge in C, C++, and Python. I have also developed a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures — concepts that form the backbone of modern software development. Alongside my university studies, I hold a certification from TCM Security, which has deepened my technical knowledge and practical programming skills. I have a genuine passion for cybersecurity and love exploring how systems work, understanding vulnerabilities, and learning about secure coding practices. This interest keeps me constantly curious and motivated to keep learning beyond the classroom. In my free time, I enjoy working on personal coding projects — building small applications, experimenting with new ideas, and challenging myself with algorithmic problems. Outside of tech, I enjoy staying up to date with the latest developments in the programming and cybersecurity world. I speak both Urdu and English fluently, so I can communicate comfortably in whichever language suits you best. I am someone who genuinely loves what I do — and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm into everything I pursue. I believe that passion is contagious, and I hope to inspire that same love for programming in everyone I connect with!
Teaching Experience
Over the past two years, I have been actively tutoring university classmates and younger family members across a wide range of Computer Science topics. From the very beginning, I found great satisfaction in helping others understand difficult concepts and watching their confidence grow with every session. I have tutored students in C, C++, Object-Oriented Programming, Python, and Data Structures — covering everything from writing their very first program to understanding complex algorithms and data organization. Beyond core programming, I have also helped students with CS documentation, guiding them on how to properly structure and present their technical work in a clear and professional manner. What I enjoy most about tutoring is breaking down topics that seem intimidating at first into simple, logical steps that anyone can follow. Whether it was helping a classmate debug their first C++ program or explaining OOP concepts to a younger sibling from scratch — I always made sure every student left the session feeling more confident and capable than before. Over two years of consistent tutoring has not only strengthened my own understanding of these subjects but has also sharpened my communication skills and my ability to adapt explanations to suit different learning styles and levels.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
