Hi, I am a Food Technologist with 4+ years of professional experience in the food industry. I am also a certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor. I love simplifying complex concepts and teaching through real industry examples so students can understand practically, not just theoretically. My focus is on building clear understanding, strong fundamentals, and confidence in learning.
