About Me
I'm a researcher studying the epigenetic mechanisms that regulate gene expression and influence cell signaling. I'm determined to undergo inhibitor screening of a kinase, known to have a role in cancer. Biology taught me nothing but patience and persistence. From optimizations to failed experiments, yet not giving up, and discipline, I learned many valuable lessons as a scientist. I'm a keen observer; I connect with people and really find a way to approach them, which helps in tutoring to identify the students' areas of weakness.
Teaching Experience
Since BS, I have been tutoring Matric students in their science subjects. I have experience teaching research groups in BIO-500, a subject for the MS program at LUMS, where I oversee lab work in the module. I have designed mini research modules for interns from various universities as part of their BS internship and taught them most of the lab work.
I've been teaching a variety of subjects for 4 years now, with a focus primarily on English writing and communication skills as well as music theory.
